TDI conducted an investigation in Antigua of an online intellectual property piracy operation. We identified the physical location of the illicit software development operation and its employees. With counsel’s guidance, we conducted targeted surveillance of company executives, employees, and suspected manufacturing and warehouse locations. As a result of TDI’s efforts, the client was able to work with local authorities to shut down the operation.
