Position Summary 
TDI is looking for a motivated and experienced B2B product professional to help advance our SaaS solutions and the success of client users. The successful candidate will be adept at organizing cross-functional teams and processes to drive efficiency through the product development process. The ideal candidate will excel playing the role of a Product Owner in an entrepreneurial setting and be skilled at applying technology, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem, to support and optimize complex business processes, especially those related to compliance due diligence & customer engagement. Successful candidates must be self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create user stories and features to support the design, configuration, and development of the product framework and various implementations 
  • Produce detailed product documentation for internal and external audiences 
  • Engage with internal and client Business Process Owners to gather, understand, and define business requirements 
  • Engage in a testing support role on various levels by reviewing and providing feedback on test plans, test cases, analyzing/interpreting test results, and conducting your own Product Owner Acceptance Testing 
  • Work collaboratively with core team members to design product solutions that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories; this includes the ability to articulate business problems to the team in a way that enables them to determine the best solutions, and engaging with architects and development leads to validate solutions and success metrics / acceptance criteria 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, processes, and personas related to various product implementations 
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners in process design and process flow creation 
  • Challenge the status quo when needed to ensure processes are efficient and in alignment with leading industry practices 
  • Collaborate closely with Sr. Product leads to maintain a clear understanding of the product vision, roadmap, and how your workstream activities impact product objectives 
  • Work closely with vendor partners as needed 
  • Collaborate with workstream partners to determine agendas for sprint demos and recurring client status update meetings, ensuring materials are prepared to facilitate these sessions 
  • Ability to demonstrate product functionality and provide commentary in live demo settings and in ad-hoc meetings 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 

  • Experience building B2B software products in an agile environment as a Product Owner, working directly with product leadership, engineers, designers, and other functional / delivery teams 
  • Experience building end-to-end digital experiences (Salesforce Experience Cloud preferred) 
  • Experience working in a start-up or highly entrepreneurial environment is an advantage  
  • Detail-oriented planning, documentation, and communication skills  
  • Demonstrated success leading complex process and data migration efforts  
  • Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, while balancing complex and competing priorities with a focus on balancing high value delivery and project budget/resource constraints 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, web content management, UX wireframing, and/or other equivalent technologies / tools 
  • A firm understanding of AGILE/SCRUM Methodology and product responsibilities 
  • Experience leading product development teams through influence  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 3 – 6+ years of product management/ownership experience desired
