TDI CEO Jay Truesdale offered his views to The New York Times on China’s dominance of rare earths production and how US policy changed over time.
Jay noted that the US previously focused on using the WTO to settle disputes: “There was less of an alarmist perspective at that time, because the W.T.O. was seen as the right and proper arbiter of these issues.”
